Jeni Purdie is a professional coach and an internationally published writer in her field. She is passionate about helping others to define and create their own vision of happiness.

She believes that enduring happiness is achieved when we can engage frequently in pleasureable emotions, play to our strengths and contribute our unique gifts to our world. She is also a realist, and knows that challenges and difficulties are part of the happiness journey and she is dedicated, both personally and professionally, to  reaching for the kind of balance that can truly exist in this messy and glorious real world that we all live in. 

She has two cats who often inpsire her by their happiness philosophy, which is - sleep well, play often and be content in your own fur!
